END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading or purchasing any photograph made available by Jakub Waletko, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Grant of License

All photographs are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license for personal use only.

The user is permitted to:

• Download and store the photographs on personal devices.

• Print photographs for personal use.

• Keep photographs in personal archives or albums.

• Share photographs with family members and friends for non-commercial purposes.

2. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written consent from the copyright owner, the user may not:

• Use the photographs for any commercial purpose.

• Sell, resell, sublicense or redistribute the photographs.

• Use the photographs in advertising, marketing or promotional materials.

• Publish the photographs in stock libraries, image databases or similar services.

• Use the photographs for products intended for sale.

• Modify the photographs for commercial gain.

• Use the photographs on behalf of any company, organization, media outlet or business entity.

• Remove watermarks, copyright notices or any information identifying the author.

• Transfer or assign the license to any third party.

3. Copyright Ownership

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Jakub Waletko.

The purchase or download of a photograph does not constitute a transfer of copyright ownership and does not grant any commercial rights.

4. Commercial Licensing

Any commercial, editorial, promotional, advertising or media use of the photographs requires prior written permission from Jakub Waletko and may be subject to a separate licensing agreement and additional fees.

5. Rights of Persons Depicted

The purchase or download of a photograph does not grant the user any rights to the image, likeness, identity or publicity rights of any person appearing in the photograph.

The user may not use photographs containing identifiable individuals for commercial purposes, endorsement, advertising, promotional activities or any other use that could imply the consent or approval of the persons depicted.

Any unauthorized use of a person’s likeness or image is solely the responsibility of the user.

6. Liability

The user assumes full responsibility for ensuring that their use of the photographs complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Jakub Waletko shall not be liable for any misuse of the photographs by third parties.
